“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal
into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our
past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
~Melody Beattie
In the name of gratitude and truthfulness I’ve decided to post a little piece of reality here once a week. Likely just a single picture. See my original post here.
Today I am thankful for extra snuggles with a little girl even if those snuggles are joined by a cough and fever. Thankful that the bloom in her cheeks will soon again be the light of joy and excitement not the result of a raised temperature. Thankful always that prayers are heard and answered.

I do hope your daughter will be well soon; it’s so hard when they are sick. xx
Sending healing wishes to your little one. xxx
sending love and get well wishes you your little one.
Oh, treasure those snuggles – hope she feels better soon
Oh I hope she feels better soon and that you do not catch it!
I’m sorry to hear that your little one is sick (even though those roses in cheeks are so pretty at times) and right before the baby.
Extra cuddles are a positive even when the littles are ill, and they always come out of a fever a little more grown up, don’t they. I hope she will feel much better very soon! xx
Sending a lot of love to your little one!
