“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal
into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our
past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
~Melody Beattie
In the name of gratitude and truthfulness I’ve decided to post a little piece of reality here once a week. Likely just a single picture. See my original post here.
Even though we’ve had some very rough school days lately, I’m thankful for how well it works with our lifestyle. Thankful that we can pack up our books and take an unexpected trip to visit the Grandparent’s Jay. Thankful that a snake skin found in the wood pile can become a science lesson. Thankful that we get all this time together. Even when that together includes frustrations, complaints and arguments.
Yep, it’s pretty great.

Yes Rachel, I totally agree with you! xx
So true my friend…so true, it’s the best!
You are so right :). I’ve had conflicting feelings about this lately, but in the end, you said it perfectly.
xxoo
Have a good trip!

MUS, I think? Yes, you’re right…I have many days and days and days of difficulty, yet homeschooling fits our family so well.
