“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal
into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our
past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
~Melody Beattie
In the name of gratitude and truthfulness I’ve decided to post a little piece of reality here once a week. Likely just a single picture. See my original post here.
Today I’m thankful that we’re getting organized even though it takes making a mess, for a hubby who’s very understanding of my fuzzy problem, and for wealth in one of its less recognized forms.
If you’d like to join in with a reality check of your own, please add a link or note in the comments!
Oh, I do need to organize all that as well. And my fabric. And paper. And…well, everything else I use to craft. It’s so much easier to just put it all in a closet and shut the door, though… xo
I know, you always have to make a mess to get a room cleaned up, but then…it’s so nice! Have fun and love all your yarn!
xx
That is the best mess I have ever seen 🙂 Call me and I would gladly help you tidy that right up!
I always enjoy making a bigger mess just to get better organized! This is a pretty great “mess” to have.
Ha! I love it, always how I organize!
well i would certainly call that art, over a mess 🙂 so. awesome.
Your husband understands your fuzzy problem? Hmm. Mine only tolerates it!
Blessings, Debbie
You’re right…you have to make a mess while trying to clean it up. Love that yarn mess!
I love that quote!
I also love that your ‘yarn mess’ is still more organized than my stock of yarn! : )
What a beautiful mess you have;) Love your yarns
What a great quote and it always seems to take the making of a mess here to get things organized as well. Although you can’t really call all of that lovely yarn a bad mess *grin*.
Looks like a great stash! I know…hard to keep everything organized like I’d like to here. It’s OK…if you pop over today read the poem on my blog!
Oh, look at all that scrumptious yarn! I love your thankful list too.
Looks lovely. It always needs to get better before it gets worse – tidying up-wise, but worth it!
haha!! I love this:) I think I should join you in your reality checks. I think I have plenty of posting possibilities. (is that a good thing or a bad thing?)
