    I love baking, so I too try to pretend sugar isn’t THAT bad. Hmph. Love that these are gluten free. I could even use coconut oil for dairy free. hmmmm…

    Mmmmmm! I love using beans in baking. I usually replace half the fat in most of my baked goods…I, like you, have a waekness for yummy baked things and if I can make them a little less *guilt-inducing*, all the better 🙂
