A visit from one of the sweetest friends and her darling girl;
dinner with more lovely people followed by our new favourite boardgame;
a lazy morning taken over with snuggles and babes;
a new favourite compromise of the dairy and coffee-free variety;
a mama only run out for craft supplies and library holds;
a change in plans leading to nachos supreme and more gameplay for Daddy and not-so-little littles;
knitting indecision and finally decision;
an irresistible cupcake treat (they turned out great!);
a movie with the man while knitting a girl’s requested hat;
relishing a late night;
Sunday morning waffles;
bathrooms cleaned and laundry in;
and plenty of afternoon left for crafting, knitting, and the library stack.
Quiet moments, clean house, favourite hobbies.
Thankful for these this weekend.

Just me.. your knitting choice is beautiful. Sounds like a wonderful weekend all round. Love to all.
Our weekends sound so similar… nachos, craft and library-hold runs, board games, knitting-indecision!
Hope you enjoyed it!
wonderful list. i like the knitting project you are going to start. are you using that lovely yarn? have a great week. 🙂
It looks like you had a full and beautiful weekend Rachel.
My son just saw the photo of your nachos so guess what went
on the menu for tomorrow night? Thank you for the idea.
There is nothing better than a stack of books!! Love your little girl sporting a totally cool look 🙂
Are you using that Malabrigo for the cowl? That will be gorgeous! Love that sweet little face…so cute!
i got the Devonshire Cream pattern as well – not sure if it’ll be a project for this winter… i might only finish it by April LOL!
your weekend sounds lovely!
That game looks fun. we have just delved into the world of Catan.
Looks like a wonderful weekend.
Nachos are just looking way too good right now.
What is Under Wildwood?? Might have to look that one up on books.com. I interloaned some books I read about on the Yarn along, but I’ve got to finish one for my Table of 8 get together on Saturday night. And a movie is a good thing with a nice warm fire. Did this at my house and watched RV for fun and unraveled 3.5 balls of knitting a vest that was just too big… time to start over.
Have a great week!
she is precious!
and nachos! yum….
What a cutie! Great pic!
Big smile seeing that picture of your cutie pie!
